Abstract:

This is a case report of a 29 year old female primigravida with a history of uterine artery embolization and myomectomy. During 37th week of pregnancy experienced pain in the abdomen and was hospitalized. Ultrasound report reveals the presence of multiple fibroids and concurrent polyhydramnios. An elective surgery was performed and a female neonate was delivered. On account of the present indications a subtotal hysterectomy was also performed.
