Abstract:

Introduction. At the present stage, in the context of the growing interest of the scientific community in the problems of personnel management in organizations of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation, the issues of searching for optimal methodological approaches to the organization of management practice are acquiring fundamental and applied importance. The study aims to characterize the application of socio-psychological methods of personnel management in organizations within the healthcare system of the Russian Federation Materials and Methods. The theoretical and methodological foundation of this study is based on the works of domestic authors dedicated to improving the management system through the implementation of socio-psychological methods in personnel management. Special emphasis is placed on works addressing human resources development issues in the healthcare system. The study employs various theoretical research methods, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, juxtaposition, as well as deductive and inductive methods Results. Managing staff motivation for career growth and improving their own qualifications, and expanding the range of competencies. Managing the organizational motivation system, considering trends in the healthcare services market.

 

Conclusions. The reproduction of socio-psychological methods of personnel management in organizations within the healthcare system of the Russian Federation is grounded in the establishment of conditions for studying team characteristics and formulating personalized solutions. These solutions aim to bring about changes in the state of the management system, considering the required results.
