Abstract:

Introduction. Currently, the expansion of new directions in the pharmaceutical spectrum of drugs is gaining great interest, especially with the use of synthetic and natural materials as stabilizers or carrier matrices, as well as through the selection of methods for the synthesis and modification of the latter. This search is attributed to the insufficient effect of existing drugs, since most of the new drug products entering the market are already known pharmaceutical mixtures - substances (analogues) that are classified and described as new, but not truly so. These products - drugs are most often obtained through a combination of methods of chemical, biotechnological, microbiological transformation, through the improvement of their primary modifications or synthesis [1-3]. Moreover, the exploration and selection of new objects for synthesis and methods of chemical transformation of the structure, and forms of drugs with various properties, such as transdermal, inhalation and transport through selective administration of the drug or targeted delivery of the drug to the site of action of the target cell, are highly relevant [ 4-5]. The purpose of this article was to study and select natural objects of synthesis (humic acids, arabinogalactan, limestone-shell rock) and methods of chemical transformation of their structure and properties to obtain new forms of components - fillers that can be used in the architecture of medicinal products with various properties (targeted delivery of the active substance to the site of action of the target cell). Materials and methods . Not earlier than 2008, 26 journal articles in Russian and 1 journal article in English were published. For presentation in the article, 1 book and 4 journal articles have been reviewed. Results obtained. Analysis of samples of premix components obtained by using scanning electron microscopy revealed the presence of formed nanoparticles in the structure of the polymer stabilizer.

Conclusions. The paper examines the potential for finding methods to modify and synthesize filler components for producing humic composite materials serving as foundation of organomineral mix systems. Specifically, the main methods of acid extraction and stabilization of filler components for the production of humic/carbohydrate (arabinogalactan) polymer composite systems are considered. Synthesis conditions, such as concentration, temperature, pH, and the time of introduction of the polymer stabilizer, were carefully selected. These conditions have been found to influence the production rate and the physicochemical, as well as sorption properties of the products. It has been revealed that a mixture of humic acids with arabinogalactan can be used as polymer carriers - stabilizers for obtaining a broad range of active substances. This allows for the directed synthesis and variation of their properties by introducing various biogenic metals or their oxides into their structure.
