Abstract:

The article discusses the participation of private medical organizations in the Compulsory Health Insurance (CHI) system and their role in providing medical care to the population. Despite achievements in public health protection, including areas such as immunoprophylaxis, vaccine development, and the modernization of infectious services, challenges persist in ensuring the population has access to affordable and high-quality medical care. This is evidenced by the data of ongoing research, and the results of sociological surveys of citizens. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that, despite the opportunity afforded to private medical organizations to participate in the medical care system under the program of state guarantees, their role in the implementation of public health policy remains underestimated. The purpose of the work is to determine the place of private medical organizations in the healthcare system and to examine their role in providing the population with high-quality medical care.
