Abstract

The article discusses current issues in the development of medical law in the Kyrgyz Republic. The author reveals some of the main problems in the healthcare system that negatively affect the current state of both the process itself and the achievement of positive results in healthcare in general. Some fundamental directions are presented with proposals for their improvement. The author notes that timely attention to medical law can give a good impetus to the quality indicator of legal regulation of the healthcare system as a whole. The legalization of medical law in the Kyrgyz Republic should become the starting point of the healthcare system of the Kyrgyz Republic. The need to systematize and structuring the legal regulation of the activities of the healthcare system of the Kyrgyz Republic at this stage, according to the author, is important. This will provide an opportunity to improve the quality of medical services and bring the overall health care system of the Kyrgyz Republic to the proper level. The author believes that the timely development of medical law in the Kyrgyz Republic will have a more than positive impact on the entire healthcare system as a whole, which will have a positive multiplier effect on the socio-economic condition and development of society and the state.
