IMPROVING THE LEGAL LITERACY OF MEDICAL WORKERS IN THE CONTEXT OF MEDICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES OF THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC.

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues of legal literacy of medical workers as a level of an indicator of the professional qualities of health care workers, which in turn directly affect the development and reform of the health care system as a whole and the quality of medical care for the population. The legal regulation of the activities of medical institutions and doctors, paramedical personnel is at the forefront of the healthcare system. The level of legal knowledge in medical institutions by medical workers today is in a deplorable state, which speaks for itself on the basis of many complaints and problems exaggerated in the media. The authors offer a number of recommendations to improve the legal literacy of medical workers. The recommendations are aimed at the educational effect, which is reflected in the introduction and expansion of training courses, cycles, disciplines and programs for teaching legal knowledge in medical educational institutions. The authors also propose the organization of the preparation of educational materials, special literature, which will not unimportantly affect the improvement of the legal literacy of medical workers. The authors also proposed to organize international cooperation on improving the legal literacy of medical workers. All this work can have a multiplier effect on creating conditions for high-quality medical care for the population and further reforming the country's healthcare system.
