FEATURES OF MODERN TYPING OF INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
In the work, the main features of the modern typing of international universities are presented as well as the growth of volume and changes in the forms and content of universities. It has been established that international universities differ from other transnational models of education (universities) in a way they offer more extensive full-time and distance academic programs that are international in nature and focus. The content of the concept "international university," "global university," "network university" and "world-class university" is disclosed, with the allocation of leading universities. The legal assessment of the use of the definition "international" in the name of universities is given.
